Denice (she/her) currently serves as the Project Manager for Homeless Outreach and Diversion for Partners for Home, the lead COC agency in Atlanta, Georgia.  Her major responsibilities include managing and coordinating the compassionate closing of homeless encampments with providers and other stakeholders and developing and tracking the success of the homeless diversion program.  Denice comes to Partners for Home with lived experience of homelessness and is a person in long-term recovery of substance abuse and mental illness.  Denice brings with her over 15 years of experience in activism, social services, and homeless outreach in Atlanta, GA, Nairobi, Kenya, and Boise, Idaho.  She holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Public Health from Walden University.
