Ed Boyte consults, coaches, and trains communities in conflict resolution and housing problem-solving.  He is the former organizational ombuds at Cleveland Clinic -- where he provided confidential support and conflict resolution services to 5500 employees. Previously at Cleveland Mediation Center, Ed applied conflict resolution principles to homeless diversion which became known nationally as the Cleveland Model of Housing Problem Solving. He has mediated hundreds of community, family, business, and organizational disputes.  He has taught mediation, conflict resolution, divorce mediation, and domestic abuse issues for family mediators for the Ohio Supreme Court.   He has consulted and trained dozens of communities around the country as they implement client-centered housing programs. Ed and his husband Joel live in Cleveland Heights Ohio, where they enjoy volleyball and jazz, as well as their dog Tucker.
