Mattie Loyce is the Community Development Manager at DISH has been doing creative and holistic community organizing for the last 10 years. Over the last 2.5 years Mattie has led the creation and development of the brand-new Community Development Department at DISH which focuses on providing creative and holistic programs for residents, and fostering resident leadership opportunities within the internal and external community. In 2022 Mattie had the opportunity to present at the NHRC National Conference alongside Oona Krieg (Brave Coop) and Ju Park (Brown University) about the immense impact of the Brave Button and DOPE Peer Response program.
