Hello, My name is Sierra Moindjie Ali. I work as the manager of short-term assistance & retention for the Rapid Rehousing program at EDEN Inc, I have been with EDEN for almost 4 years in March 2023. I have worked a few positions at EDEN all within the rapid Rehousing program. My greatest work that I've done at EDEN was I once worked as a Housing Locator at EDEN which in that position I saw firsthand the different barriers that people face when trying to obtain housing, the trauma people face in shelter and places not meant for human habitation and worked collectively with those people to overcome their barriers to successfully obtain housing.   I stand by EDEN's mission to provide housing solutions to people facing the challenges of housing insecurities and homelessness and I'm committed to the goal of ending homelessness.
