Graduated with a master's in clinical psychology in 2015 and began working with homeless individuals and families with severe mental illness in Dallas at Metrocare Services. Managed the operations for $3.5 million in federally subsidized housing grants including Permanent Supportive Housing, Safe Haven, and project-based vouchers. During the pandemic, joined The Stewpot in downtown Dallas to develop a Housing Department. The Stewpot now offers Homeless Prevention, Rapid Re-Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing.
