Alexis Nshamamba has worked in homeless services and supportive housing for almost ten years and is currently the Director of Housing & Quality Assurance for the largest homeless services provider in Santa Barbara County. During this time, Alexis has overseen the growth of housing programs throughout Santa Barbara County through managing rapid re-housing, supportive housing, and scattered site supportive housing programs. In addition, Alexis is the co-Chair for Santa Barbara County VOAD and an alumni of the University of Mobile. The most important role Alexis holds is being a mom to two young daughters and showing them how females can lead and make a difference in our communities.
