Brittiny Raine moved to Eugene in 2017, originally born and raised in Seattle. She has been pushing back on the system since 2008. She has worked at a variety of different social work and harm reduction programs. She has worked in drop in centers, shelters, been on street outreach teams, management, and everything in between.  Brittiny has primarily worked with young people as well as families. When Brittiny and her partner moved to Eugene they co-founded Community Outreach through Racial Empowerment, a non-profit organization based out of Eugene dedicated to supporting, advocating, and empowering young people. Brittiny's fancy piece of paper says she has bachelor’s of social and human services with a focus on social justice from the Evergreen state college, Olympia, WA.
