Dylan Weil is one of the Founders and Executive Directors at Community Outreach through Radical Empowerment (CORE) - a non-profit in Eugene, OR that is dedicated to supporting, empowering, and advocating for young people surviving the effects of poverty, homelessness or other adversities.    Dylan was raised in the Pacific Northwest and relocated to Eugene in 2017 to start CORE with Co-Founder and Partner Brittiny Raine. His diverse experience spans the fields of agriculture, food service, social services, caregiving, and grassroots organizing. After studying at Bellevue College, Western Washington University, Fairhaven College, and Lane Community College he finally got that special piece of paper. Dylan has been actively involved in developing efforts to promote food justice, advocacy, access to harm reduction resources and low-barrier services for young people in his community. He lives with his wife and daughter in Eugene and feels like the luckiest guy in the world.
